Shhalaj Publishing House (SPH), an offspring of “Global News Agents and Booksellers”, started in the pre-independence era in New Delhi, India, by Lala Khazanchand Mittal. Currently, there are multiple brand names (DK Agencies, BR Publishing Corporation, DK Fine Art Press, Low Price Publications, Mittal Publications, Concept Publishing Company, Write and Print Publications, Avi Publishers, DK Printworld, Lifi Publications, Unitech Paper Mills) run by the Group relating to book industry only. The 5th generation of Lala Khazanchand Mittal has now joined the business.
